    Didn't see your post until this morning but here are my results from yesterday.

    Seems the bigger fish are still deep and its an early bite. I caught a 5 and a 4 on back to back cast. I fished deep all day and those were my best out of six, well 7 if you count the catfish. A lot of boasts on the water running here and there. When the sun gets up it slows way down or at least for me.

    Talked to a freind of mine that fishes there as much as I do and he and his son only had 4 or 5 small fish. Look for better times when the water temp hits 46-49*

    well only caught 2 but couldve caught more if we'd put the buzzbaits down earlier...biggest was 19inches and a solid 4lbs,like you said they were deep

    I was there 11-5-08 and the water temp was 61 degrees. why are the bass still deep. The bass I caught was deep. help me understnad why they haven't moved shallow please.

    because for some reason the bait fish hadnt moved shallow yet,thats the only reason i got

    All fish don't move shallow. As long as they have what they need in the deeper water I think they stay there. Just a thought.

    I think I'm going to give cedar a try this weekend, I've never been there so I don't know a lot about it. Do you guys mind if I ask what bait(s) you guys were throwing?

    also...when you guys say the fish are still "deep" what depth range are we talking about?
