They look very good, but we will see. The Big East is unreal this year and there is a lot of basketball to be played. I got to go to the game against Morehead. Second best trade I ever made.....I was not going to be able to go to the Football game vs. WVU so I traded my tickets for tickets to the basketball game later that evening. "Winner winner, chicken dinner" LOL!

Samardo Samuels is a beast that is for sure. Of course, with all of the NBA draft picks he will be playing against once Big East play starts, we will find out just how good he is.
Remember, it takes a lot of talent plus a lot of luck to win it all in NCAA basketball, we have enough skill (barring injuries etc.) now we just need a little luck. Would love to see a Cards vs. Tar Heels matchup in the final.

Yea, I'm keeping it real, been watching B-ball a long time. What I like and have picked up on with this team is the chemistry and depth. Wow, Pitino can go a legitimate 12 deep with this team and not fall off much. That alone will wear alot of teams down from that relentless pressing defense. You are right the Big East is a monster this year, there are no nights off against anybody. I heard Vitale and Shulman say the other night it was the most loaded conference either of them had ever seen. Dickie V has the Cards picked as a final four team, probably a curse as he never gets them right, lol. I to would like to see another Heels matchup and maybe not in their own backyard this time.

Vitale actually picked us in the Final Four in 2005. If I am not mistaken, he picked three out of the four that year with UL, North Carolina and Illinois. "Even the one-eyed bald guy gets it right every now and then....are you kidding me baby!"
