I'm too tired from pulling in Hoss B Gills. Been coming in so tired that I've just been chuckin em in the water trough instead of cleaning em.

Have not been yet this year so I can't give a report on any lake, but would like to know where that big crappie came from?Might have to get the boat ready to go give it a try but they are calling for rain tomorrow so maybe sunday...Any info would be great on lakes in central ky....Cedar Creek,Herrington,Taylorsville,Green River, etc
Crappie are biting @ GRL, up in the deeper creeks. Whites aren't there yet.
the river came down muddy mon & tues. water up to 54 degrees. thurs the water temp was 48 degrees. catching crappie in 3-4 foot of water late, but they are deeper in the mornings. need about a week of sunny weather. hope this helps....KP
Stopped sharing "Publicly" when I got burnt by a couple on here that I gave specific detailed information to them for their trips back in Dec to Dale and "Supposively" they absolutely KILLED them the very week that my buddy and I was down there when "NOBODY" that I knew was catching them, including the locals and the guides, but when I inquire back asking what did they figure out? I got a "I found something out but I am not telling anyone, but you can buy it at the One Stop or Bass Pro shops". Pretty much that ended my "Public" sharing with all. Those that know me, know that I still share with them via email, phone or PM but not on this board about where I am going or how I did or how I caught them. Pretty much those 2 "strangers" to me that I never met or talked to before PM with their sad sob stories of fishing Dale for a couple of years and not catching anything, needing my help, and I give it to them and then get that response. I never asked for honey holes, just what did you figure out. They were inquiring about fishing the fly, to which I think I know quite a bit about and was wondering if they figured out something that I had not yet. I know my history with the fly and if the one fella's was correct that he had caught 2 fish in 3 winters fishing the fly is correct, then either he flat out lied in his catch totals for that 4 days stretch when he KILLED my buddy and I at a ratio of around 15 to 1 per his numbers or he KILLED the fish and found a new bait that nobody else on EARTH has thrown all winter long at Dale because NOBODY has consistently had a good winter fishing season at Dale this winter, NOBODY

Read the stocking reports if nothing else, their are plenty of dumb fish out there. Might try to find some smarter ones on Tuesday at Elkhorn creek but I have never been. Anyone know whats happening there? I'm going to be tying some new hellgramites due to a recent theft...and I have a bunch of drifting craws, minnow type patterns. Any nymph suggestions; I'm guessing bitch creek and stonefly, what else? Information on where we can wade (I had been thinking about Sullivan WMA from analysis of my maps) Suggestions period? To find dumb farm raised fish proceed to Waverly Park Pond, they are biting everything from in-line spinners to powerbait and corn.
Well, that ***** cause I BLANKED in my FIRST AND ONLY visit to Dale a last week, and gotta go back again in the near future, and was hoping you would put SOMETHING up here to help out. I understand you getting "burnt" and upset, heck I would have too, but if you give their names out we can "take care of it" so you can post againWish that wouldn't have happened but understandable. Take care.
