I bet mandatory 2 year terms in the Military would help alot of these mislead punks.

I don't know if some aspects of the Military would be such a good idea, like giving them a gun might not be the smartest thing to do.

Man you know thats right! When I was in we had some goofball punks that were under strict supervision by the D.I.'s. They were the cause of us cutting the lawn with scissors several times. Ah yes the fond memories....
