Part of it is people leaving trash and tearing up fences but thats not the case with some landowners. I have had a few let me access the creek and park but it gets harder every year. I have seen signs in the creek itself as if the landowners think they own the creek.
Can't they own the creek bottom? So your not trespassing if your floating through and never set foot on solid ground?
