I know that this might not be proper, but I felt the need to lift this boy up on here, dsonthelake you hang in there! God answers prayers!

Lord, I humbly come before the throne of grace today asking you for your blessing on this baby. I know that mountains bow down and the oceans roll at the sound of your name and that nothing is impossible for your greatness. As this family carries this burden, I trust that you will put your arms around them and embrace them with your loving kindness and mercy. God, today we stand with these friends that we have never met waiting for a miracle that you can provide. I pray that you be with the doctors, nurses, and staff that you give them the wisdom and guidence for the upcoming days. Lord, just as you gave David the courage and wisdom to face the giant Goliath, I trust that you will do the same for Nathan and his family as they face their giant. It's all because of you that we live and we thank you for all that you have done and will do. It's in your name that we give praise, amen.

I have a real soft spot for kids. When my ex brother in laws daughter was born, she was moved to Kosairs in Louisville for being sick and we had to mask, gown and cap. I was able to stay in there for about 30 seconds before I broke down. Just looking at all those babies in those containers about killed me. Nothing like a 6 ft 4 guy coming out of a nursury balling.
