Dave's report on this site is always a good place to start but I did fish down there some this past weekend and the fish were pretty active. I took my son and his friend and we caught bass early up in the bays on surface baits and soft plastics. We started off shallow and worked out and I would say most of the bass are moving off the beds but are still in the bays. I talked to a guy that did very well on bass using crank baits and plastic worms in the bays.
We also found a couple of bluegill nests and cleaned up on small jigs. Plus my son has a thing for fishing for channel cats when they come up to spawn and we tried that for a short time until the run abouts ran us off but they were up 4' deep or so on broken rock banks using night crawlers on bobbers. Fishing was pretty decent last weekend...

I heard the ledge bite is heating up.
Fished Kuttawa saturday and had two over 4 pounds. Go fish the bridge and the bay in the back on way out going back to ramp fish right side bank and throw deep to left. Was using green pumpkin tube.
Good Luck
