Water guage help

I'm also have trouble figuring out where the tube from the guage goes on the motor(1984 Johnson GT 150). This motor had a water pressure guage on the boat that it came off of and worked at one time, but I can't find where it was pluged into on the motor. It's not from the tell-tale and I can't see where it was T'ed into anywhere else. I'm confused. Where should I be looking or where should it be hooked up at on the motor?

try looking at the back of the motor for a plug inside the cowling.

What do you mean by inside the cowling? I can't find anywhere that it could go on the motor itself. As far as lines that have been T'ed for it to connect to. I figured that since it had a working water pressure guage on the other boat it would have to have something on it already. If so I sure can't find it.

Any help is appreciated.

Pull the cowling off and stand directly behind the motor. Look at the side of the cylinders
near the left side on the right bank. If not there check the top of the motor it will be a screw in nipple. Good luck
