Thanks for all of the ideas. My wife really isn't into too much of the nature stuff - So we decided we are going to head to Memphis for a few days. I would have rather gone camping or something along those lines - but I am not going to argue with BBQ.

Memphis BBQ = hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Be ready to let the belt out a few notches because at least a 5lb weight gain while in Memphis is a given.
