The Jamestown Marina shuttle service (Larry) just stopped for the season. Last week was the final week of the service until spring. That is a helluva hill and makes you appreciate the shuttle. Timings everything, eh.

Fished yester-day with brother-inlaw fished out of Jamestown Marina. Caught some ky's (around 10to12 fish 4 would be good keepers) 6 smallmouth only 1 nice one 4lb. maybe was very skinny. But enjoyed being on the water. Fish were caught on surface (AC Shiners) mostly except for 2 biggest smallmouth which were caught on medium Little N crank baits pale blue gray back to white belly. Believe if we had thrown cranks early we would have had a very good day.But still enjoyed just getting out . these knees of my hard to walk that hill at the ramp so took advantage of my brother -inlaws go od one's. earlymorning {Don}
Just about every marina on Lake Cumberland has a heck of a hill to climb now with the water being kept low...C'mon dam repairs, hurry up and get done!!!
Thanks for the report Shinerman.
How's the river? I'm coming down from Cincinnati tomorrow and want to catch some big browns!
If you're comin' down just to fish the river then I suggest you stay home, save some gas, time and money...the river is no good at all right now! Actually, pathetic is the word that comes to mind. We need a dry spell is what we need.
