Thanks to Steve Riley for another fun and exiting season. He has done an excellent job with this club. Steve is a great tournament director and he really takes care of us. Here are the highlights from the Classic:
- Shimano Crucial rods for each division winner, big fish of the year winner, heaviest weigh in winner.
- Tackle packs for all team members.
- A raffle drawing for gift certificates, hats, t-shirts, and rod & reel combos.
- And of course the yearly ritual of throwing out free lures to the anxious crowd from the back of his truck!
-Plus... Yesterday after the weigh in we had a great catered meal, and a surprise guest. B.A.S.S. Elite Series Pro Bill Lowen was there with his tournament rig! Wow! a touring pro who has fished in 2 Bassmaster Classics there to talk fishing with all of us. He is a class act. The grand prize of the raffle was a fishing trip with Bill!!!
There are some excellent anglers that fish these tournaments, and we all get along with each other. We also are supported by some top notch sponsors.
Thanks again Steve!!

is there anything like this for the western KY area? would anyone be interested in starting one?
You won't find a better run tournament trail than what Steve runs. The man knows the business and loves fishing.
Can someone let me know some info on this tourney? I guess I was needing to know boat size limit. If anyone could forward me a copy of the rules I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
me as well, i would like to know the rules.
so, anyone up for a western KY division? KY/barkley lake area?
Sounds good to me if we can get enough people interested in it.
