    I wander how much they'll grow in the next 5-6 weeks. I want to tie this batch to coincide with the length....? Grey and silver......???Interesting....You know I think I already have a duckfeather/craft hair version similar to that....

    Usually the threadfin stay very small, less than three inches or so. It's even changed the striper habits a little and guys are throwing smaller baits to get bit. I'd say if you stayed in the 2 to 3 inch range amd even some smaller ones you would have it nailed. Threadfins don't get alot of size like the Gizzards will down there.

    Seems I've noticed a lot of threadfin everywhere this year.....Cumberland was crammed full of em....Green had more than I've ever seen....even saw a lot of em on kentucky lake...these colder wetter conditions this year must have made them thrive...could make the fnf bite on like donkey kong this winter because there isnt a better imitation of a slowly dieing threadfin
