That's a beaut, Embry. I've really got to get me a ladder for my boat so I can feel a bit safer going out on cold water like that. I might not be "afraid", but I've got a good healthy respect for hypothermia. I'm just trying to rig something up where I don't have to drill any holes in my baby.

I agree that is a great looking fish. As for your respect of hypothermia that is a good thing keep a complete change of close in your boat. If you find yourself in the water stradle the motor and trim it all the way up then crawl in your boat.

I know the "ride the motor" trick", but I'm a big ol' hoss, and I wouldn't wish that on any motor.
