    Thumbs up Bassmaster Elite Series

Was reading online over at ESPN's Bass Insider, the Tour is at Clear Lake out in California this weekend. According to Anglers like KVD and Denny Brauer, they got smoked during practice. Hardly anybody got bit. Clear Lake is known for it's big Bass, but it is witnessing cold water for this time of year over there. Water temps were only in the 50's. They suppose to get some warm weather Today through Sunday, so it's going to be a tough one even for the pro's as the weather changes the conditions of the Lake just about everyday according to the forecast. Pro's are expecting the water temps to hit high 50's to low 60's DURING the Tournament. Can't wait to see what these guys are going to pull out of the tackle box. My gamble is on Ike to win this one.

I wish there was a way to highlight the big fish more in both Pro Tournaments and Amateur's. I love the consistency in the Pro's to win a tournament, don't get me wrong, but bringing in the biggest bass is no light feat. It deserves just as much publicity.
