Question New to Board. Help with Guist???

Brother in law just got his first bass boat and is chomping to get it on the water. He want to head to Guist on Sunday. Any one be out there lately that can give me an idea of where the bass are stagging.

    Thanks!!!

Good luck. Over pressured and the bass have too much live bait to choose from in my opinion. I have fished Guist for years and rarely catch a limit. Others may do better but I gave that lake up. Would love to hear your report.

One is staging near the cove right before US 60 wall, and the other one is staging in the first cove to the right after you pass under the bridge going upstream.

Not a bad lake ,just tough. I would try cranking the points and mouths of the creeks near the ski area. Fire-tiger and rootbeer bandit cranks seem to be the ticket. let me know how you do.
