You have Fast Eddies on 68 there in Fairdealing where you will be turning off to go to Hester's...they have some lures but expect to pay for them....your best bet would be about a 25 minute drive for you...The Cabin Bait and Tacklle located on U.S. 62 in Kuttawa is by far the best tackle shop down here...worth the drive.

    The CABIN is DA BOMB...........

I try to drop some money in there every time I go down. I personally don't mind dumping some smack there, because they are LOCAL, their prices are not too bad, and they are COMPLETELY willing to share info on what's WHAT on the lakes........GREAT GUYS.

Thumbs up Re: Ky Lake Tackle Shops

The Cabin is definately worth the time to drive to. They have a great selection and don't hold back any information on what's catching fish!!!!

Yes. They are not too far from where they were. They are a mile or so down the road from where they were toward Kuttawa. It is not far off I-24. The new store is awesome! Much bigger and less cramped. Same friendly people, a few new faces, and more selection. It is worth the drive to it if you are down here.

KY Lake outdoorworld in Calvert City has a decent selection, and Ken's TBC in Grand Rivers has "decent" little selection. Since Fisherman's HQ closed - I agree with Dave the cabin has the best selection right around the lake. Gander Mountain and Dunn's sporting goods are in Paducah if your down there, watch out for quilters this weekend.
