I makes me mad that there is such a thing as "assaulting a terrorist". With what they have done and coninue to do they need to be assaulted. Just my 2 cents worth.

All of the Navy Seals that were charged with assaulting a Terrorist in custoy have been found NOT GUILTY. From Fox News:
"The jury deliberated nearly two hours before returning their verdict Thursday in the court-martial of Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew McCabe, according to Fox News.
The 24-year-old Perrysburg, Ohio, man was tried at Naval Station Norfolk on accusations of assaulting Ahmed Hashim Abed, who is suspected of plotting the 2004 slayings of four U.S. contractors in Fallujah.
The defense suggested throughout the trial that Abed employed a standard terrorist tactic of feigning injury, perhaps even biting his own lip to spill blood onto his clothing."
Two other Seals had already been found NOT GUILTY in earlier trails. All three of them refused Captain's Masts and requested Courts Marshals in order to clear their names of the charges. It paid off and I am so thankfull. Our military and government has gone too hell when they start Court Marshalling military personnel for "blooding the nose" of a Terrorist.

I agree wholeheartedly agree, but to be honest those were my words, not the official charges. From Fox: "He had faced charges of assault, making a false official statement and dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee. McCabe was accused of punching last year is Ahmed Hashim Abed, the suspected mastermind of the grisly killings six years ago."

I get very disgusted with crap like this! Seems like we are so concerned with the feelings of terrorists and illegals that we lose our way. Americans should be first and fks who break the law second. Kudos to the decision!!!
Right on Don.
They should have been given a medal for their patriotism. Most of the people that think this is a crime could not hack what a cook serving over seas does in a day let alone what a Seal has to endure just to get the right to try out for the team let alone make it. Then have to go through what they do to keep us safe. We should make any haters go over there and see how they treat our troops.
If you are al-quacker or any other U.S hater, too the point you have seals or any other elite fighting force after you. I would say you deserve to die
I love it guys and totally agree with all of you. Whack'em and Stack'em. Why is this country so concerned about hurting someone's little feelings all the time, it makes me sick, bunch of pansies.
Did you guys see on the Fox news yesterday where a British Sniper killed to Taliban soldiers at 8120 feet, that's right a mile and a half, WOW. He put the first one to sleep then rebolted and Greased the other one before he could react. Boys that is some shooting, some serious shooting. According to the story it's the longest recorded CK by a sniper ever, I love it very impressive. Maybe we have another Carlos Hathcock on our hands. Don I know you love to shoot if you don't know about Carlos Hathcock, you probably do, but if not Google him and read about him. He was the badest Marine sniper to ever live, a heart attack with nothing more than a dang hunting rifle. If he would have had these jazzed up 50 Cal's they have now, the VietCong and North Vietnamese would have had to stay underground and never come out.

I really respect every single person who serves in our Military and those of our Allies. But the Navy Seals have always been seen as an elite group of guys. Not sure if they have women in there or not. They are the best at what they do and I salute them for not beating the crap out of terrorists which I wish they would do but cant. Isnt it extemely sad when the good guys are charged or tried with this nonsense. That terrorist was a real terrorist not just some guy with a middle eastern name. He was the real thing. He deserved to be hung upside down and beaten for his acts of evil. I admire the Navy Seals restraint in controlling their personal feelings and the great job they do. Oh yes, and does anyone know where I would meet one? I bet they are really built and good looking.![]()
I live next door to a family who had a little boy who couldn't walk without tripping over his own shoes. I remember taking him fishing and trying to teach him how to clean a bluegill which he couldn't seem to learn. Before I knew it he had joined the Navy Seals and at present has been serving for 8 years. He is one of the finest young men you will ever meet in life. I can't tell you how proud of him I am. And as far as that goes, my heart goes out to all our service men and women who fight, work and live in the toughest of conditions and sometimes get very little back.
Naw never looked him up but I will for sure. Man those 50 cals are bad sum beeches.I love it guys and totally agree with all of you. Whack'em and Stack'em. Why is this country so concerned about hurting someone's little feelings all the time, it makes me sick, bunch of pansies.

No doubt they are some tough fellas. I know I couldn't stop myself from helping them seeing Allah a few times when they blacked out only to be brought back for another lesson in what it feels like to attack helpless, defenseless and mostly innocent folks...no Sir no restraint from this dude.I really respect every single person who serves in our Military and those of our Allies. Think about it this way...these loser terrorists are lucky they are not captured by everyday americans who want a piece of their spineless arse. We don't have a creed, orders or tradition to follow we just deal with it the way any red blooded american (or Canadian) would. Shoot first and shoot again to be sure and then ask questions if no answer oops....
If you join the Navy Special Operations Group on 4 April, does that make you an Easter Seal?
