No, Penninsula parking lot is still completely submerged. I drove up there yesterday. State ramp is still closed also. Lots of wood laying in parking lot.

Narrows is open and clear of debris. However, you have to back down from the parking lot, and it's one at a time.. so if it's busy, you might have to wait to get in or out.
