anybody ever pick up a glass boat?

i got a semi major problem under my cajun i just found...*$&%&&$**#*#&&%$*$*#&#*#*&. apparently the fiberglass got busted somehow. i noticed an excess of water in the boat towards the end of the night and thought it was just from stopping too fast and flooding it in the back. apparently not. only thing i hit that night was some standing timber and i was on the trollin motor and that shouldnt have done this at all,so i dont know. but ive gotta fix it somehow. only problem i have is how is i gotta get this thing off the trailer at least 6 inches and i think a jack is gonna punch a hole in the floor myself. anybody ever raised a boat and supported it?

    heres what it looks like

Well i got a way of lifting them,,,I`ve picked up a number of Strato 201 pros ,,I got a set of special built saw horses i use to sit them down on to work on hulls,,,If you want,,bring it up and we`ll pick her up and pull the trailer out and fix the whole bottom,,,even got a gelcoat repair kit here,,,,

I have used a floorjack with a 15" long piece of 2x8 on top of the jack. This will distribute to weight. I also lift near the corner of the hull on either side of the keel.
