That was a very impressive performance, and from a true freshmen at that!! It was hard to watch though, being a Cats fan. I can't wait to see what he can do against better teams.

    Burton > Chuck Norris

Kentucky looked like a High School team out there last night. I didn't expect to win, but I really expected it to be more competitive. Kentucky's offense was short-field minded, and our defense was as predictable as it gets. I would have been content with a closer game lost, but I was very disappointed with a lay-down where we let one true freshman tee off on us.

This is why I dislike the cupcake early schedule. It puts W's on the board, but it leads the moron fans to believe that you're all-world. With such a tough conference schedule, I get it, but Louisville-WKU-Akron out of the gate does little to prepare you for a team that has 4 and 5 stars with Demps speed at most of the skill positions.

BUT, it could be worse. We faced our toughest opponent of the year. We will find some additional wins, but it won't be easy. I don't look forward to Auburn or South Carolina, even though they're at home. Like I said from the start with this crew, 7-5 is probably all the gas we've got in the tank.

Was glad to see Alabama hang on against Petrino's Hogs...and really enjoyed seeing Auburn beat Garcia and The Visor from USCjr. The LSU/WVU game was pretty decent. All in all, a good day for College Football match-ups. I love it.

    Georgia....poor ole Georgia....

Oh, and an open note to Steve Brown: "I'm not real sure, but I think Burton is going to take it to the right out of the Shotgun."

Tebow looked great last year but he seems to have been hawning his skills getting ready for the "big boy."

Take a look at the photo I posted titled "Al's Hunting Trip." Bama's game over the weekend had me doing some serious sweating. My dentist graduated from Arkansas and I graduated from Bama. We made a $100 bet and then he left town for a week. LOL I have some good jokes for him about that.

Where did this kid come from? He should've had 2 other games of lesser competition, why did he have to have his coming out party against the cats.
I couldnt watch the game but was able to listen to most of it, had no idea of the actual damage he had done till I opened the paper today.
One other thing how many #8's can one team have?

The old sports saying " that's why they play the game" comes to mind when two quality teams play. An off game for a player or team can be costly! That was a very good game! I love watching SEC smash mouth shove it down your throat football!!!!!

Man I knew he was being groomed as their tebow role player but dang! Watched him come in before for a play or two just like tebow used to do untill he became the starter. I love watching a good player or team. Hell I watch bama play so I can see what ingram will do. Now I'm gonna keep an eye out for Auburn and watch that huge QB they have (Cam I think) have. He makes things happen!
