    Constitutional Right to Hunt and Fish

    Looks like the state of KY is going to vote on this in 2012. Do you all see this as being proactive rather than reactive to Big Government, Animal Rights Activists/PETA's attempt to take these rights away? If so, it's smart and hope it passes in all 50 states.

    I love this and we need to vote it in if we dont this state will be so full of anti's we wont know what hit us..

    Years ago roy and I done alot of fishing and hunting together ( He is gone now rest in piece roy) and he new a KDFW warden who was also a good friend of his . Well The game warden (I will call him don but that is not his real name) Don was telling us about yellow banks and he had a good place for us all to hunt deer during bow season so we went and on opening day we had some visators from california Yep U got it anti hunters well they found me right off the bat but insted of getting mad I just got out of the tree stand and said hay there is another guy just over the hill there that is were don the game warden was so off they went beating and banging pots and pans I was laughing so hard I peed a little in my paints boy was he mad he got down out of that stand and told them who he was he put 2 in cuffs and the rest scattered like cattle well roy herd all the racket and came back to the car ( we were in roys car) Don roy and myself were talking and he said boy it would be a pitty if some one cut ALL those tires he said these 2 are going to jail and when i get there I'm going to see about sending a tow truck back for there autos he then stated it would be a pitty to be so far from home and to have so many flats boy that would be an expensive repair well he left took those 2 to jail. We seen Don a few days later and he said you know what some one cut all those tires on those cars and trucks aint that a shame ! Ol Roy and me we just smiled and Roy said Yep thats bad whats this world comming to..

    One of the major provisions in the Indian treaties were the rights for native americans to hunt and fish their lands.

    Even today in Indian Nations (reservations) hunting and fishing are regulated by the tribes.

    Indian Nations (reservations) are independant states.
