    Farewell to onemorecast56

Doug is moving to the cold winters of Minnesota and has started on a new journey in his life. There are several of us on this board that have had the pleasure to meet and fish or have our boats repaired by Doug.

Doug, it was my pleasure to have crossed paths with you in our journey through life. I know we'll see each other again some time, but thanks for being my friend. Maybe Mrs Tyme and I will be able to join you on Dale Hollow this spring for a few days.

It has been (and will still be) fun making jokes at your expense and you gave as good as you got. You still have the best photo shop ever with the "Who's prettier" photo of you and that catfish held up to your ugly mug!

Best wishes to you,Doug, from the members of fishin.com

The entire state smells better and got a whole lot better looking now that "Doug" has been taken out of the equation.

Doug, shoot me your email address or phn nbr. I had it before, but my machine puked and I lost it.

I'm gonna be up there 2 times this year, and I know I'd talked to you about a couple outfitters up there.

I also have quite a few contacts on some canoeing boards, that might be able to help you get hooked up with someone in Tofte, GM, or Ely.

    BEST of wishes.......

Doug stopped by the house today and we hung out for a bit. I always have a good time around Doug and have to admit I am going to miss him. I do enjoy making jokes at his expense and the EPA is probably going to be moving out of Sheperdsville now that Doug is moving. After all, the air quality has risen so much that they are no longer needed.

See ya in April you ugly ^&%$##@@!!

It doesn't matter. A Category 5 hurricane blowing due North out of Kentucky can not keep the Doug FRAGRANCE away.

Oh you guys,,,you all are making this move hard on me. I worked hard to get my biz going and with a good record. Now I`m having to start over again up there. I sure hope I can find the kinda people you all are up there, cause all of you are the best people I`ve ever met. I`ve met alot of you and been fishing wit a few too and I got along with everybody even with my smellly, ugly azz...have had some of the best times out with tyme, and riverrat,M hall, fisheater,Tim T,Jason, bendmyrod, dakotakid, and all I`ve met and talked to at the river. Proud to have met and talked to elwood even if he does give me alot of crap too..one of the best smallie fisherman I know, and elwood we never did get to go catch stripers at the river. I`ve worked on alot of pretty boats from you all and a few crappy one that should have been sunk..But I`ll still be around on the board,be sending pic`s of some of my fishing up there. And beleive me when I tell you this is one of the hardest things I`ve ever done, going 800 miles from all my friends with only 1 friend to help me out up there,,but I just got to try it,,always dreamed of it,cause when you know the kinda nights you can`t sleep and you just relax and daydream of your fav lake,,can see it,smell it,,and hear it,,,no,,it`s not Ky lake, green, even Dale Hollow,,,it`s little long lake in Ely,,Not going to go to my grave wondering what if,,,I`ll know, got to try it,,,even if I do fail, lest I tryed..,,,Dam sitting here in tears!
