    Another union thats needs busting.

Forget Ohio/Wisconsin, We really need to bust the NFL players union. Talk is of a lock out next season. I don't see how the owners can survive on two billion off the top and then a 60/40 split on the rest.

These players are just destoying our economy. These salaries are driving up the cost of Niki shoes, Old spice cologne and Barboursol shaving cream. We just can't afford this socialist union.

I know I'm sick and tired of my tax dollars paying their salaries!! It's never enough....heck they don't even work a full year!!! WTH?? They can break the law and not get fired or they can show up to a game and not work but still get paid! The gall!!!

It's not like I have a choice to watch football or buy the latest shoes, jersey or clothing. I mean these guys are role models and they are raising and teaching my kids and I feel like I'm, getting ripped off. Isn't that their responsibility?? I have that blasted NFL tax on my cable, water and phone bill!!! Bust em up!!!! Bust em up!!!!

For all I know they prolly are shacked up with some dimwitted political party that promises them kickbacks. Wasn't it their hall of famer center Billary Clinton who said and wrote a book on it takes a village to raise kids?? Well that union errrr...village is comin home to roost!!! I'm just saying...dang NFL always seem to rally with a certain ass.

Wheres Van Jones, Micheal Moore and Dalibama when you need them? Actually its very simple....if you don't support the NFL union your a racist.

I wonder why there's a players union to begin with...baseball, football or otherwise. I was sitting here wondering if the players ever went on strike and I think I remember the baseball guys going on strike one summer...didn't they?

Yep for sure they go on strike. NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB have done it and will again and again and again....Now if the PBA goes on strike...I'm gonna be peesed!

There have been a lot of strikes. Major league baseball has been on strike at least 10 times, maybe more. The NHL didn't even have a season in 2004-2005 due to a strike. In 1987 three regular season games were played with "replacement players" because there was a strike.

Because "THEY" are living paycheck to paycheck. At least that is what one yahoo said on Rome is Burning a couple of weeks ago. Said that almost 75% of the players in the NFL live paycheck to paycheck and when they missed one or two, they would be hurting and would really negotiate. For 2009-2010 season, the AVERAGE salary on the Kansas City Chiefs was $1,400,000 which was the LOWEST of any team in the NFL. If the average is $1.4 Million, and surely this is not 75% of the players, then it must be really terrible to live paycheck to paycheck while making $117,000 a MONTH. Give up a couple of homes, give up 15 automobiles, give up the apartment in New York - LA - Miami and London England. Nothing but a bunch of spoiled brats and rich owners that can't find a way to split up $9,000,000,000 in revenue, that is $9 BILLION. Are you kidding me? Personally hope they put a rookie salary cap, team salary cap, MONSTER tax on owners that exceed the salary cap (nothing like the luxury tax in the NBA but something really worthwhile) and other stuff in play so a middle class family of 4 can realistically go to a game every now and then.

As hard as time are for the poor folks like myself, it makes me sick to see how much money these guys are fighting over. I have not been a big NFL fan and I think I'm gonna be even less of one now.
