    Sour gummy worms?

This may be a lil far fetched but I was wondering if I am the only who has thought of using these as trailers. It sounds pretty dumb but what the heck it can't hurt, right? Has anyone every done this?

It will work but so will a piece of anything that will stay on the hook. I guess you could eat the unused bait so thats a plus.

Seems like I heard from someone a while back that their kid used a gummy worm and caught a fish. Just can't remember who it was I heard it from.

We used to catch some monster carp using gummy worms back home when I was a kid, haha. We would chum them up to the beach by throwing some out there, then throw one in with a hook..and...WHAMO!

I caught a 5 pound walleye at Lake Erie years ago on a red gummy worm on an Erie Dearie years ago. They work...
If the fish don't bite on them you can always snack on them yourself.
