5000 CFS is not much considering what the inflow has been and there calling for rain all this week and next. Not good.
It will be the middle of July before the lake is back to normal levels I bet.
Would you beleive they shut it down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Are you kidding me!
If we get any kind of rain it will be very bad,

This is probably short term, possibly due to Nolin being dumped at 7400 cfs and coming down 1.2 feet today. Talked to a friend and he said Brownsville was cancelling school tomorrow because of the high water downstream coming from Nolin. Every thing downstream on the Green River basin is still flooded.
Yes, it will take a while to get right, im thinking yhat the rate Nolin and Rough is dumping it will be fishable with in 10 days, should be close to summer pool with in 2 weeks. IF WE DONT GET SLAMMED WITH RAIN THAT IS!!!!!This is probably short term, possibly due to Nolin being dumped at 7400 cfs and coming down 1.2 feet today. If only this rain would go away for a month..
come on river lets get right, i am having some serious withdrawals right now!!
I feel you'r withdrawal.
But I'm thinking about doing some night time fishing.. I would have to say the best fishing is going to be way back up in the creeks and even at that it will be spotty fishing. On a + side the fish are eating and spawning with little to bother them so it should make for some good fishing in the next few years..
