Well boys a small victory in that it we held Florida to a 3 and out on the first possession before playing like The Big Blue of old with a fumble on a hit that could not bust a grape and then a TD pass on the next play. Half way thru the first quarter and I right on target with my prediction of more Florida TD's than UK first downs, 1-0

Just ugly. Come on, Cats!
UofK footballall these years of getting their butt kicked and they still can't figure out a way to compete. I say they need to get the heck out of the SEC.
Why the heck do they always have tiny running backs? I could only bare about five minutes of the game but the guy they had at tailback was a whopping 178LBS![]()
$$$$$$ is the reason. SEC basketball teams don't want Kentucky to leave because it is guaranteed home sellouts when Kentucky plays on the road. Plus with revenue sharing, Kentucky usually makes a dollar or two in the NCAA tourney which is split. Kentucky does not want to leave in football because they get sellouts at home because they play such good SEC teams plus all the bowl money the SEC teams split.UofK footballall these years of getting their butt kicked and they still can't figure out a way to compete. It's also nice to see the high caliber football teams that Ky. plays come into Commenwealth.
Most everyone here knows I could give a squat less about ball sports of any kind. But I heard on the news and have read here that the Cats have lost to Florida 25 games in a row! That's 25 years of losing to the same team isn't it? How does a coach go about preparing his team to play against a team that his team hasn't beaten in 25 years? Does he pump them up with get out there and beat'm or does he go ahead and tell his guys to relax, don't give this game everything you got cause we ain't gonna win anyway. Let's just try to look past this team and concentrate our efforts on the next opponent we play.
25 in a row!! Shazaam!!
Puts UK on the same level as your team beating Jimbob University for The Blind with No Arms and No Legs that your team beats on a weekly basis. Keep playing those Philadelphia Cream Puffs one week and Cheetos Cheese Puffs the next and that is your conference schedule, not counting those guaranteed pre conference victories. OOPS FIU, can't even win those
And I know your response which was debated on the other thread, Which I WON by the way
24-17, which is the best you can come up with so I will give you a couple
23-16 - 2010
31-27 - 2009
27-2 - 2008
40-34 - 2007
All UK Victories

Had fun at the game. Tailgate party was awesome. The game was awesome if you were a Gator fan.
Fans from UK were pretry good. A few wanted to yell or boo the Gator fans but thats totally cool and it went both ways. All in all an awesome experience. Can't wait for the next one.![]()
Trip to the woodshed as expected...
