    Rapala Sub-Walk

Anyone used this yet? If so, any comments on it? Thinking of investing in a couple.

i've used a skitter walk which is that bait without the tail on it and it's by far my favorite top water lure. the bite on that thing is crazy explosive plus it's a big fish bait. out of all of the fish i have caught on it i have only had a few non-keeper bass

Looks like the same action that I use with a fluke. Could be a great lure, I may have to try one out myself.

Yep I've used it several times with little to say for it. Nothing beats my Super Spook.

I own one. That is about all I can say about it. Never caught anything on it.

I have some of the Lucky Craft versions called Wander. They are good at times when the fish don't want to come all the way to the top. To me, I prefer something on top that makes more noise-sammy or gunfish but switch to a fluke like bait if I am just under the surface. I rarely use my wander 80s.

Same story here. I've had one in the tackle box for a few months now, I've fished it a handful of times with no luck yet... I like the action of it too. Guess I just haven't thrown it when the bass like it. It's tough for me to really stay committed to it when it's not producing, & I've got a Spook or a Buzz in the bag that I have more confidence in. I'll throw it more in the coming weeks though-

Ive got one and only had luck on it in really clear water conditions and keeping it on the move not giving them any time to look at it. I have had better luck on the rapala glidin rap. has really good action, especially when they are coming up after shad or out on trees away from the bank, just my experiences, hope to help
