I am wanting to find the best small lake in central KY. I have a very small trolling boat (trolling motor only), and I am wanting to find a lake. I like to catch about anything that will bite. I bait cast as well as use live bait.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I live in Scott Co. (Georgetown), I tried Corinth a couple of weeks ago, threw everything we had at em' and caught one bluegill in 6 hrs. Beautiful lake but that is slooooow...
Hey dog i live in scott co also. U fish any clubs? Or tourneys?
I wish!!! Honestly I use to creek fish a lot when I was a kid, but haven't really wet a line consistently for quite sometime. I took a vacation a few weeks ago to reelfoot lake down in Tenn. and that got my love for fishing resurrected.
So I came back and bought a small trolling boat and I have been going as often as I can find time to. So I have kinda been starting from scratch.
I am open to any local advise you can give me....
Elkhorn Creek is in your backyard. Give it a try.
Corinth has a good population of small bass and they should be biting pretty good right about now. I'd give that lake one more try before you write it off for good.
