    Sufix 832 braid

Been thinking of giving this a try...and wanted to get opinions from you guys/gals about it. I have been using Stren Sonic Braid for a few years now and like it fairly well, as far as braid goes. My only gripe with it is that it does not come in more visible colors, so I was thinking of giving the Sufix a try. Any praise/complaints from anyone who has used it or is still using it ?

    Thanks in Advance !!

The new Power Pro Super 8 Slick is out now. You might want to give that a try it is very slick and casts very nice. Its soft, round and casts much easier, I got aqua green for around here and the blue for salt water fishing but I believe they have a hi vis yellow also if you want bright. I have used a lot of braids and like this the best. Also got good reviews every where else.
I have used, Stren, Sufix, spiderwire, fireline etc. etc. prety much all of them but the new super 8 slick is really good.

    thanks for the reply.

I've tried power pro before, and I gotta be honest when I say I'm not really a fan of it. Just feels "stiff" to me. I haven't tried the super 8 yet, is it the same consistency as other power pro lines ? Does the color come off like others ?

I've got some regular PP on now in moss green, my only complaint is line watching. I want to try the new Super Slick and I see it comes in a lighter green (aqua), is that easier to see above water? That hi vis blue looks cool too. I've heard nothing but good stuff from both PP Super Slick and 832.

I don't like normal Power Pro either but the super 8 slick is different, it is softer and slicker it does not have the hard wirey feeling like normal Power Pro. The aqua green is much brighter than normall PP but not near as bright as Fireline, it is more of a light green. The Hi vis blue is not really hi vis in my opinion it is just a light blue.

That's exactly what I didn't like about it. I bought a small spool of the 832, gonna give it a try this weekend, if it's not exactly what I'm looking for in a braided line, I will definitely give the super 8 a try.

Thanks for all the replies !!
