BTW, my oldest son got accepted to UK for his College choice, but choose Murray State over UK....

With all my son's college money he has applied for and received...looks like his out of pocket expense's will only be right at 3,500 per year. Plus he's appling for more money that might finally get his entire 4 year College Expenses all paid for........Wooot for me.......

Murray is a great school.

I liked it better when UL had a better ranking. You could feel the tension between the schools. Now it's ho hum on that front.

I went to Murray for 4 years before I transferred to UofL.....LOTS more scholarships available at Murray for me, but they did put the screws to me when UofL restructured their engineering program and Murray didn't notify me of it....cost me a few extra years as my advisor didn't do a very good job of advising; should have told me to transfer immediately when UofL restructured. Oh well, life goes on and it all worked out in the end. I did have a heck of a lot more fun at Murray than UofL though.......oh man the stories I could tell about those days

Ok...this UofL Fan is jumping ship...Now I'm a UofK fan.

Today the company I work for was just today awarded a nice sized construction project at UofK....therefore.

My slogan is now...GO BIG BLUE!!

Don, SHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! UK fans can't say anything because they are arrogant liars that can't wait to be defeated by a Big East school in the Big Dance. UofL fans won't say anything because they are hanging in the Top 25 by a thread, plus getting drilled by Kentucky again and are waiting to get knocked out in the first round of the NCAA tourney again making them a lock for the 3rd best team in the state again.

Computer Engineering, is it I believe or sumthin like that....
