UNC, Louisville and Florida were all in the Top 10 plus Kansas was #12 when they all lost to UK. Technically 3 the same as IU, which is also the same number of unranked teams that have beaten IU this year. I know you are not trying to compare IU to UK, especially not this year. I give you credit, IU is crawling and can fly in the walker up and down the hall but not sure they are ready to run and gun with The Big Blue on a neutral sight. The Iowa and Minnesota eggs that the Hoosiers laid should prove that point.

I sure hope UK doesn't choke on their way to winning it all, because they SHOULD win it all.
If they don't you guys will probably fire Calipari.......

Perhaps there will be a meeting of the minds in the NCAA
Doubtful that Cal is fired. Never know about the NCAA tourney. Throw the regular season out the window doesn't matter what you did during regular season it's what you do in tourney. Indiana hasn't surprised me at all and as a Cat fan glad to see them successful after the way Sampson (I think that was his name) took them down. Crean is a great coach and it has come by no surprise as to the accomplishments they have made this year. Even though they laid an egg or two you have the right man for the team. I was looking for them to make some noise way back when the season began. Good luck in the tourney as a little luck helps.
I honestly thought IU was a year away from being a seriuos contender, but theyre as tough as anybody at home...However, you put them on a neutral site and I think there are a lot of teams, and i mean a lot, that can beat them....I don't look for them to make a deep run in the tournament, maybe the sweet 16 at best....I'd actually started rooting for them when they weren't playing UK, maybe it was because I felt a little sorry for them after the past several years, but when you hear their fans start to crawl out from under their rock and make statements like this one, it really changes my opinion on the team in general...Crean is a great coach and will certainly keep them headed in the right direction, and he does things the right way without a doubt
Indiana surprised the CRAP out of me this year. I figured we'd still be in the "rebuild" phase.Doubtful that Cal is fired. Never know about the NCAA tourney. WE really only added 1 player this year Zeller. All the others are from last year, and the previous year. So, I definitely was not feeling the love.
I'm loving it...and looking forward to being in the tourney this year. Been a LONG time.

Come on Fishin..........I said it in jest......I actually root for KY when they are playin......IF no one else I care about are playing. I even root for Louisville too..I honestly thought IU was a year away from being a seriuos contender, but theyre as tough as anybody at home...However, you put them on a neutral site and I think there are a lot of teams, and i mean a lot, that can beat them....I don't look for them to make a deep run in the tournament, maybe the sweet 16 at best....I'd actually started rooting for them when they weren't playing UK, maybe it was because I felt a little sorry for them after the past several years, but when you hear their fans start to crawl out from under their rock and make statements like this one, it really changes my opinion on the team in general...Crean is a great coach and will certainly keep them headed in the right direction, and he does things the right way without a doubt
I just like good basketball. Indiana, UK, Louisville.....they are all playing good basketball right now. Indiana is probably in the 3 spot of the trio, but I'd take that.
I'd love to see a matchup with UK or Louisville.....And Indiana would probably lose to both....
The difference is this........I KNOW and UNDERSTAND that. With KY, there are no excuses. They have some of the best talent out there, and will have some of the best talent next year. If they don't win it all this year, it will be a letdown.

I think that once Cal wins his championship he will leave because it's not easy winning one and the stress of working his way to that first one with all this talent has got to be tremendous!!!
Once he leaves Crean will take over...lol just kidding!!
Sorry George but Kentucky is no where near the team they were in the meeting earlier in the year. You won't get Teague playing for IU in the first half, Davis is so much better and Jones is making his late season push just like last year. Not to mention, it took a rowdy home crowd, IU to make like 37 3-pointers in a row including a buzzer beater to pull out a victory with the slimmest of margins.
Please Mr. NCAA Committee,
Seed IU #4 in the South Region where UK will be the #1 Seed. Please give IU a couple of cupcakes to play in Round's 1 and 2. After UK destroys their 16 seed and their 8/9 winner in Round 2, it will be UK and IU in the Sweet 16 in Catlanta for a trip to the Elite 8. Let's see if IU can repeat the Bloomington Miracle on a neutral floor? I say Kentucky would be a double digit favorite and the game won't be even that close.
