To me, this is for all the marbles....whoever wins this game....should win it all....Kentucky basketball...not UK not U of L but Kentucky basketball....put the hater BS to the side...tired of hearing about it. We have 2 schools from Ky in the Final Four.....No longer do we have to hear about two schools from North Carolina.....
Time to put Uk and U of L in the highlights for yrs to come.....
If you are a sports fan in the Bluegrass State, this should be one of the most fun weeks ever!
Yes indeed...ditto what you wrote....Louisville/Kentucky is the place to be.To me, this is for all the marbles....whoever wins this game....should win it all....Kentucky basketball...not UK not U of L but Kentucky basketball....put the hater BS to the side...tired of hearing about it. Finally somebody who actually gets it...
Both teams "say" they don't care who they play. But if I were a bettin' man I'd bet that UK would want to play anyone but Louisville in the final four.
Half the city of Louisville plus the entire state of Kentucky wants to see UK win. Heck if you ask me I'm still trying to figure out how Louisville even got as far as the Sweet 16.
Louisville has nothing to lose except the game itself...I think Pitino was right when he said there would be "some" Kentucky fans literally breakdown or have a heart attack of whatever it was that he said, "IF" Louisville beats Kentucky.
I'm going to watch this game, I'll be happy whoever wins. This is great for the state.
They will have to open a suicide hotline if Kentucky looses this game.
There will be people jumping to their deaths, count on it...Probably riots to..

Might be a good time to open up a rope shop.
What the UK fans don't use to hang them selves if they lose they can use to lynch Cal.![]()
I thought Baylor was gonna be a real test but nope. UL has much more emotional fire power to choose from when needed than Baylor. The Florida game wasnt all that close for UL but they pulled it out. UK has smacked Florida around three times so unless UK gets outta their minds and blows it they should win this game. Uk loses and it's gonna be bad news around this city.
This game should be the best of the entire tourney!!
One things for sure...the city of Louisville and the state of Kentucky will own I-65 north and south bound this weekend.
Throw all the stats out...who has the deepest bench, who's going pro after their freshman year, who's the MVP of what, etc...past stats don't matter.
I don't expect UL to win the game....but then too, a few weeks ago I didn't expect them to even be in the tournament...Go CARDS!!
And if the Cards don't win I hope Kentucky stays healthy enough to win the championship.
Makes me wonder...will this match up be the most watched game in the history of the NCAA games?

No dog in this fight, I'm not a KY native, and I like both U of L and UK basketball fine. That said, the only team in this tournament that can beat UK is UK. They absolutely took Baylor to the woodshed, and will do the same to Louisville unless something weird happens.
For U of L to win, they'll have to play the game of their lives, and UK will have to flop. I just don't see that happening, UK has too much talent, and the coaching to take advantage of it.
Congratulations to Kentucky for having 2 of the final 4 teams, that is awesome.
Maybe I'll just DVR the game, and take the family out to eat...we certainly won't have to wait for a table. Of course we may have to cook our own food because none of the employees will be there.
