The majors are the best times for fishing and the minors are the next best times....Believe it or not it's fairly accurate, especially winter fishing at Dale Hollow

I have this app for my iPhone called Fishing Spots. One of the things it does is tell me the "Best Fishing Times" for a location in relation to the Moon and Sun. Here is an image of the screen:

So do you guys read this as, Major Times are the times I should be fishing? And then Minor Times would be the worst times to be fishing?
I just want to make sure I'm reading it correctly. Thanks.

Do you have the exact name of the app. couldn't find it under fishing spots.
Thanks
Forgot to note: I think I had to pay like $2 extra to get access to weather and moon/sun data.
I actually just recently met Jimmy Houston in person when he was doing a workshop at the Bass Pro Shop in Ohio and I asked him this same exact question. His response was to use these times because they are very accurate and that the only difference between major and minor feeding times is the length of time. Major being longer, minor being shorter. He said the fish bite just as good during the minor feeding time, they just dont feed as long.
With my weird work schedule it seems like I'm never able to make it out during these times with the exception of once last week which ended up being my best day so far this year with 11 bass in 2 hours.
Awesome. Thanks for the info guys!
I use the US Naval Observatory webpage, and it's free.

Gives you not only sunrise and moonrise, but all the phases of sunrise so you can really decide when to get up, when to be off the dock, to get to the good spot in the light conditions you want to fish.
