Nolin Where to Start?

I fished Nolin last fall with some success. Plan on going down this Friday and would appreciate some suggestions as to where to start. General suggestions not your favorite honey hole. Preferred baits? I plan on putting in at Wax. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

We fished there this past Saturday from 9am-2pm. Did pretty well with largemouth on chunk rock and any cover we could find. Did the best with jigs with crawdad-like trailer but also caught some on spinnerbaits and cranks. A buddy said all his bass where upchucking crawdad claws in his livewell. Good luck.

I was getting hits it seemed like every other cast on a jig. I was fishing chunk rock as well. Only down fall was that I didnt catch anything nice, but I still caught fish and had a good time.

Did you fish deeper and try the c-rig?
