Yes that's interesting. Thank you for that link. I've been there and looked at that but didn't spend too much time there.
But now that you bring it up again, I see some potention applications.
That can do what Dr. Depth Can't with the Hummibird units. Show the SI images on a map.
Dr Depth can make it's own maps and combine them with the Lowrance Structure scan pictures from what I understand. But Dr depth won't let you make maps that can be shown on the Humminbird Unit's map views. Humminbird makes you buy the Navionics Maps or the Lake Master Maps which Johnson Controls just purchased recently. And those companies are not going to map my local small lakes. They could not make much money off those small maps as compared to mapping the larger lakes in IN like Monroe and Patoka Lake.
