Pops bar-b-que tournament results for aug. 11

We had 31 boats fish today. That put us 4 boats short of the 35. But Pops wasn't go cut the purse. Dwight "POPS" Clamp still paid the $1000 for first and 450 for second. Third paid 250. Big fish pot was 315. Thanks to all the came out today. Please give us feed back on what everyone thought. We will be hosting more events.


1st. Humphrey and Humphrey - 17.43 - $1000.00

2nd. Gallow and Mason - 12.45 - $450

3rd. Pedigo and Peritonitis - 12.44 - $250

BIG FISH - Humphrey and Humphrey - $315.

Next event is Aug. 25 at Nolin Lake. Will pay $1000 to when and $425 for big fish upon 35 boats. We are going out of Wax Ramp. Go by and see Debbie at Days Pro Bass Bait Shop. They have our flier posted there. You can call and sign up now. 270-580-4262 ask for Matt.

I'm confused. All the money paid out equals exactly the entry fees. I was under the impression that POPS BBQ was adding money to the payout. Maybe I misunderstood.

We didn't carry over the 150 bouns for Nolin. Dad has paid that out of.his pocket. So it wouldn't take away for Saturday. Sry I explained that at weigh in. Sorry didn't mean to get you confused. Because my payout on the main flier was showing that.

That is a good payout for a $65 entry fee. It is rare to see someone payout 100%. No membership fees,no money put aside for a classic. Going to be out of town on the 25th, hope you have some more later in the year.

Yea I thought it was a very good turn out. I am go host a fall trail. I have yet to set down and get all the numbers togather. As soon as I do I will let you no datesband loaction. My goal is to have it to were you fish like a classic deal at the end. I will get the ball going on it after Nolin on the 25.
