"Born on second base but tells people he hit a triple" says it all.

Wow...a dude stretching the truth about his athletic abilities...there's a shocker.

I can drive a golf ball 300 yards and my high school football team would have won state if I hadn't torn my hamstring.

Luckily President Obama doesn't stretch the truth about his athletic abilities...you can take whst he says about his basketball ability to the bank. He saves his lies for campaign promises and distorting facts. LOL

now I don't think Ryan will lie, he will tell the same story three or four different ways before he would lie about it.

You can dismiss it as "a dude stretching the truth about his athletic abilities" or call it a candidate for high office telling a casual lie because he thinks nobody will check. And of course as usual any criticism of either Republican candidate always draws the same old "well look at Obama" response, I guess because these two can't stand up on their own merits. Well that's fine for those of you who didn't vote for Obama in the first place, and decided long ago you weren't going to this time, but guess what? Romney is still behind in the polls and has to win voters over. "Look how bad Obama is" isn't going to do that. All he's managed to do so far is shore up his support from the right. He still has a LOT to do to win over people who voted for Obama last time, or else, mark my words, it is going to be FOUR MORE YEARS.

Do you really want us to start listing Obama lies?

As I have said repeatedly here, Obama will get re-elected. I stand by that comment and hope that I'm proven wrong.

No, I don't need anybody to, I can do that myself. My point is that I'd like for somebody to respond to criticism of Ryan or Romney some other way than by spouting off about Obama. Really, all that does is validate the criticism in the first place.

Unless I can be pretty certain someone is intentionally lying I tend to give most people the benefit of the doubt.

The way I took it when I first read about this is that he likely didn't really remember the time and just made a guess. I used to run track in school and I know there came a point as I aged where I really couldn't recall my times any longer. I don't think he was intentionally lying to make himself look better, but just mistakenly thought he was in the neighborhood of what he used to run.

Who cares? Not me...all I know is Obama is a minority lovin', welfare lovin', Muslim lovin', free-hand-out-on-my-dime kind of guy. It's truly sad to see others who actually stand up and clap when he walks in a room, sickening really...oh what a bunch of politically confused voters there are who are supportive of him.

I agree with one other posters comments here...Obama will be hard to beat this year...only because of the number of minorities we have here, and the number of people we have here who not only want that free hand out but also need that free hand out because they can't find work after four years of Obama.

Anyone can post anything thing they like about Romney, Romney's wife, Ryan's sports abilities (still can't believe anyone cares what was said about that), you name it...I will NEVER change my mind about what I think about Obama.

A lie by a politician???? That's part of being in office....I don't care anymore about what Romney or the GOP says since they have my vote. I see obama for what he is and nothing he can do or say would ever sway my vote toward him. His speech pattern sickens me, his face on TV disgusts me and his smug pompous attitude makes me want to puke.
The irresponsible behaviour from the Liberal media and the elected Dems who thrive on spreading garbage to the many liberal news outlets have ruined me on whats right and wrong in politics and i had a loose definition to begin with!!!!
I feel that now, more than ever before, politics has become a power play for the party not a representation of the people. If people really mattered would we still have all the problems in education, immigration and hunger? Would unemployment be where it is today? Would we have such class warfare against successful families in this country?
Prolly wont get to wrapped up in it this election anyway...since this two party system SUKKS!!

Wow! Talk about blind loyalty! But I can just imagine what you'd say if a Democrat said the reverse...

But thanks for helping prove this point: "My point is that I'd like for somebody to respond to criticism of Ryan or Romney some other way than by spouting off about Obama. Really, all that does is validate the criticism in the first place."

Hahaha no not blind loyalty at all. I only registered as Repub since in Ky you have to register one way or the other to have a voice in all the elections. I see it as "eyes wide open to what is happening" If we had a viable third party option I would prolly vote that way.

I guess I am loyal to anti Obama 100%. IMO he is a waste of skin and that could be white, black, yellow or brown skin.

If a democrat said he was voting for Obama no matter what I would say it figures. I expect that. If an independent said that I would be sad!! Lol.
