Hey George, do you know who found the guy's body? It was Bassmaster Elite Series Pro Alton Jones, who fishes Falcon a lot. On the day he found the body he posted about it on Facebook, but at the time, they didn't realize it was the guy who was gunned down while jet skiing with his wife.

I don't know the details.......but I'm thinking the body has not been recovered yet.

Here is the story where Alton found the body. I thought I remembered reading that it was confirmed to be Hartley, but I was unable to find any articles so I could be mistaken.
