Woman threatens to blow Flashers BRAINS out........

I completely agree with her..........but is this actually legal, and correct use of a firearm?

    http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2012...rains-out?lite

    I don't think so......and I don't know if I would pull a gun in this situation.

    What do you guys think?

    Later,

    Geo

My guess is that if she would have shot him she would be in BIG trouble. What she did is fine in my book with one exception and that is I will only pull my weapon if I truly intend on using it. I don't know if she was bluffing but I like her don't mess with me attitude.

I hate to think what would have happened if this guy was able to take her gun and use it against her. Like I said, IMO, only pull your weapon if you intent on pulling the trigger.

Not sure what the perverts intent was pulling his thang thang out but I doubt it was deadly.

I have to agree with DJD to a point. Me personally if I pull my gun the next call will be to a coroner. However I feel that in this case she had all the right to do what she did. It is a woman being violated to a point and with as many crazy people out there who knows what might have happened next if she didn't pull her gun. Women should have more le-way when it comes to defending them self and family. Just my thought on the matter.

A flasher exposed himself to two 80 year women in the park. One of them had a stroke. The other one couldn't reach it.

In Kentucky, the use of a gun in that case would only be justified if the lady felt that her life was in immediate danger.

Some dude coming up to you in the park and spanking his Yankee isn't exactly life threatening...lude shocking and gross, yes, but not life threatening.

I would not have pulled a gun in that case. I would retreat and only pull my weapon if pursued and threatened bodily harm by the guy. Easier for a woman to beat the rap on shooting an unarmed dude with his pecker out in the park than a man.

That said, only the one left breathing tells the story...but I don't think this case would be a justified self defense use of lethal force.

Perfect situation where a woman carrying mace (who knows how to use it) would be better option.

To add, I absolutely do not think that a woman should have more leeway in using deadly force than a man. Deadly force ain't no joke. Just because you are a woman doesn't mean you should be given a broader scope on what defending your life with deadly force is justified by.

Unless the man was in possession of s "deadly weapon" that he exposed, I don't think she can justify responding with a gun in response. I mean....what was she seeing.......was it truely a threat to her.....or was she just hoping it would be? HARD FACTS are required for me to judge the dimensions of this action.

OMG........I can't stop laughing right now..........

Uh.........maybe his weapon wasn't loaded? Maybe the weapon could not be fired? Maybe his weapon didn;t work and therefore was not effectively a "weapon".

I bet Judge Judy would love to sit on his case.............
