Actually Tim, the Constitution is very CLEAR about a well regulated militia.....yet I have never ONCE read in the Constitution about banning a weapon...ANY WEAPON.

There's actually another town in Georgia that already passed mandatory gun ownership. I think it was Kennesaw. Crime has dropped quite a bit.
