Can anyone tell me what I have here?
What are your thoughts?? What's the story here?? Something eating your chickens or something?

It looks like we have a big cat. I have never seen a cat track that big before.
Coon dog? I dont know but it seems like it may be running?
They look like bobcat tracks. Bobcat tracks show only 4 toes and the pad, dog tracks are longer than they are wider.I showed the pics to someone smarter than I and this is what I was told.
This isn't a reference.
It's actually an eye chart for chipmunks that don't want to become lunch.
I'm just really glad you found those tracks 3 counties away from my house.
Worst thing I got to deal with is figuring our if it was a bluejay or a cardinal that bombed my jeans while drying on the clothes line.
Hey.....ya want to see that tape measure?
Just saying......
I'm pretty sure I see toe nail marks in the mud on picture 4. Check that out and see if you agree with me.
If that's true then it's probably not a cat. More than likely a animal that doesn't have retractable claws.
Unless it was a cat and it was walking with it's claws out? Do they even do that? Perhaps if it was running and put it's claws out for better traction?
Other wise I'm clueless on identifying animal tracks. I do wish I knew more about how to ID different animal tracks. I had a class at School on how to ID some animal tracks in my Wildlife Biology Class. But we didn't get to see that many tracks out in the wild. Mostly found some vol tracks in the snow.
