But, we're going to double the amount of our non-lethal aid to the rebels...great. We had no need for that cash here anyway.

I don't give two SHITS about Syria.........I care VERY MUCH about the chemical and biological weapons that are stored there. I'd sure like to get the stuff we gave Saddam back

In reality, the weapons there can and will be used against Americans in the future, therefore is it in our NATIONAL SECURITY interests, to take care of business, and SECURE that ****.

Imagine a Sarin gas attack in a subway in New York.......they could very easily kill thousands of people with a backpack.

How hard was it to put a backpack bomb in Boston......not very hard at all.......

THAT is what is scary, and therefore critical to our national security.

OK, that's fair...but we're going to "secure them" by opening a cash pipeline to a bunch of Syrian rebels? Why am I not comforted by that?
