Who Ever Stole my Minnow Trap, Enjoy it I did

Been catching Minnows for a month now and some Low Life Scum Bag stole my trap.
Planned on fishing for a few Crappie after work today, so I put my trap in the little feeder Creek on RT 17 near where old Pleasure Island was last night. well today I was forced to practice with jigs. I mean really a $15 trap. is there no honor anywhere anymore? Did the low life think it was another Government entitlement!
Sorry Just fed up, even if it were the kids in the area, when I was young my father would have Busted My Ass and made me take it back.. Dave

I feel ya brother! I hate low life thiefs! Get a job thiefts! I took my time to set up a nice trout line one time set up the hooks tied it really good and was going to let it soak over night. Came back the next day and was all happy to check it and some scum bag thief had cut my line clean off on both ends to steal a $10 trout line. Scum.

I feel ya I had one of my traps stolen it is pointless. But if you don't mind me asking where is this creek that you put you trap in and is there any good creeks near jtown to catch minnows thanks

In northern KY on route 17 near Pioneer Park, Just before and after where you turn to go up the hill to Doe Run Lake is a good place. also on old Decoursey Rd is fair. Dave. Not sure will want to place a trap here though,

I seine minnow at old Pleasure island creek. Tons of crappie size minnows. I set my minnow traps for larger , sauger size, minnows on one of the creek feeders and do quite well. I put a stickem name tag on my lines , not that it would probably make any difference to the LOW LIFE THEIVES. Try spray painting part of your trap with bright orange paint so if you see someone using it they would be caught redhanded.

I've just recently come into possession of a bright orange minnow trap. Do you think a flat black spray paint will cover that color?

The trap that got stole was unmistakable it had Hot melt glue all over it where I repaired it, also it was a very old one with the adaptor in the middle to make it longer.

My wife has a saying 3 guys can watch one thief and he will still be able to steal from you.
