    Which Blacklight

Im looking to get a new blacklight since I lost mine...bottom of Barren if anyone snags one. I think I like the Glow Maxx blacklights with the phone jack. Anyone have any experience with these lights or have one they absolutely love!!

I'd go with uv led strip lights.

Do those work good on tin boats and whats the call for how many, size for 18ft john with no rub rail, they usually go in rubrail right and are deck lights different from blacklights. As you can tell by my post dont know much about them?

On a metal boat I would probably MacGyver something that would make them portable. They are really bright and they use very little power when compared to traditional flourescent or incadescent uv lights. You can basically mount a strip anywhere you want too.

Blue water led is the only way to go. You can mount anywhere and they are 100% waterproof. Takes up less space and uses way less battery. I'd call them and let them set you up.

So the ones from Blue Water, do they just stick right to the rub rail? Where does the wiring go and do they come with an on/off switch or what? Do you guys run them off your main battery? I always get concerned with how much is too much when it comes to running off my cranking battery.

I think next year Im going to get the kit for lighting up the boat and compartments. That looks pretty awesome, thanks for the reference.

Moonlite LEDs are pretty awesome too. I prefer the one that has the additional green LED, myself.
