You would be more correct than the legions of blacks who insist on being treated special and tagged as african american but still want to be equal to every other color (which to me they are).

I remember reading that last year. At least most blacks (at least from that data) prefer to be accurate rather than PC. You mentioned something about a white African, which is talked about at the end of the story. He is African-American and the idiots in his class said he couldn't call himself that and then he got suspended. Its pathetic that in order to be PC we have to be inaccurate at the same time and it just makes us, as Americans, look like idiots. Perfect example in this thread: ZX150 stated African-American so that he wouldn't offend anyone since he works as a public servant and could get into trouble. So he has to state something that he knows is incorrect to protect himself from the possibility that someone would get offended. Ridiculous. But at least times are changing, and it seems most knowledgeable people would prefer the term black American now. Sorry about getting off the original topic.
