This article was originally posted January 2, 2010 as “Communist Goals for USA Takeover.” It has been updated so that more people are aware of the plans the enemies of our nation envisioned for us and what they have achieved in four years. This 2012 election cycle, we must inform and educate those who have not paid attention to the destructive forces at work that were brought about by electing an unknown, unconstitutional, inexperienced, usurper to lead our nation.
Obama, in collusion with his administration, media, and Soros sponsored organizations put our country on the most destructive path since our nation was founded. In four years, we have watched in horror at the criminality and corruption that has invaded every level of government including our judiciary. We observe and decry how our national traditions have been degraded, and our values of honor, character, morality, and integrity were/are impugned.
In April, the honorable and patriotic Florida Representative Allen West, told his constituents at a Town hall meeting that our United States Congress was infiltrated by communists and socialists. He didn’t make excuses or mince words, he said it like it is. He opened the door for other Congressmen to join him and expose these anti-Americans for who they are; enemies of our nation. Not one patriotic Congressman has stood beside this one honest-speaking man. In no uncertain terms, he was telling Democrats and Republicans alike that the Democratic Party is not the party that your parents knew, the Democratic party now consists of people whose ideology is one our country once considered the enemy. They still are.
“I believe there are about 78 or 81 members of the Democrat Party that are members of the Communist Party, it’s called the Congressional Progressive Caucus.”
“Some people are going to quibble about semantics, the real point is these people speak for themselves and if you listen to the words of the progressive caucus it’s clear that these people are opponents of capitalism — they oppose free markets, they oppose individual economic freedom — so you can call them whatever you want — whether they’re socialists or Marxists or communists.”
In retort, the Left has ridiculed him with cries of McCarthyism. This is not unusual for the Left, because this is how they operate. They attempt to destroy anyone who dares expose their agenda and themselves. Those who have studied history believe Rep. West’s statements. He works and sees these people on a daily basis, and knows the laws and regulations they are trying to pass. He listens to their anti-American words. He recognizes their ideology that is the antithesis of our republic. These progressives, be they Marxists, Communists, Socialists, or Islamists (our coined word encompasses all of the “isms” – Ismistas) who have permeated our government, can not make him cow or bend to pressure to conform to their warped beliefs, and nor will we. Rep. West may well be our McCarthy that we have been hoping for, and we need him to do exactly what he is doing! We need a return of the House on UnAmerican Activities to investigate the traitors to our country. We need it to be resurrected and these people routed from our government preferably in handcuffs.

Prepare to be shocked at the communist goals that have already been reached since they were written and presented in 1963. Fifty nine years later, we have people in our government at all levels who are ardently trying to implement and complete the remaining items and solidify them as part of our national discourse. These attempts at transforming our nation are in full swing and are being recognized and exposed. Others are under the radar and have remained closeted. Take a long look at this list and see how many points are in the process of being pushed through as legislative bills or regulations and that are issues being discussed by politicians and hyped by the complicit Leftist media.
If you have been paying attention to the news, you will be able to recognize the issues the Left wants you and me to incorporate into our lives. Many agenda driven items were exposed within the first year of this administration i.e., rewriting educational literature and reinterpreting history in school text books. It was also found in November, 2009, that the National Education Association (NEA) was listing a book as required reading for high school students. It wasn’t the Constitution, it was Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals.“ Another “recommended” book by the same radical author was “The American Organizer: A Resource for Every Organizer & Anyone Contemplating Action in Their Community.” A list of topics that were related to this finding is on the NEA website as well as in a search on Google. From their website at the time that is now scrubbed:

Saul Alinsky is widely recognized as the father of, and pre-imminent expert in, grassroots organizing, which is why we recommend that ARs and local leaders become familiar with his theories & materials.
Alinsky’s writings have been called the “mother’s milk of the left,” however in an ironic homage, the conservative right has borrowed a page or two from the Alinsky playbook. Tea Party leader and self-described “conservative radical” Michael Patrick Leahy, for example, has authored a book based on Alinsky’s teachings: “Rules for Conservative Radicals.”
We hope that ARs and local leaders of all political stripes will discern from Alinsky’s books grassroots organizing strategies that will best help us bring our members together around the common goal of improving public education. …
Obama was elected on a couple of words, hope and change. If citizens had known that his change meant establishing, implementing, and installing communist goals and destroying our way of life, they wouldn’t have voted for him. If voters fully understood what the Progressives /Communists had in mind, do you think Obama would be the squatter in the White House now? Do you think if the media had vetted Obama, he would be president?
“Progressive” was the term communists used after the McCarthy era (1945 – 1960), and it identifies them today. In typical Leftist fashion, they rebranded themselves with a new name to disguise their true intent. Progressive “sounds” so much better than communist, don’t you think? If you will remember Hillary Clinton identified herself not as a Liberal, but as a “Modern Progressive.” This should give those diehard Hilliary supporters pause when they wonder why she took the Secretary of State position within this administration and didn’t flinch.
According to Wiki, “The Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) is the largest caucus within the Democratic caucus in the United States Congress with 76 Declared members.” They work to advance progressive issues and positions. (There were 83 members prior to the 2010 election.).
The CPC was founded in 1991 by five members of the House. They said they were
“organized around the principles of social and economic justice, a non-discriminatory society, and national priorities which represent the interests of all people, not just the wealthy and powerful.”
Those are the words that we hear Obama using to incite people and divide our country into specific groups pitted against each other. It is the Marxist’ ideology of class division. They are the words of communist regimes that live under totalitarian rule with despots at the helm.
The Congressional Progressive Caucus advocates:
“universal access to affordable, high quality healthcare”, fair trade agreements, living wage laws, the right of all workers to organize into labor unions and engage in collective bargaining, the abolition of significant portions of the USA PATRIOT Act, the legalization of same-sex marriage, US participation in international treaties such as the climate change related Kyoto Accords, strict campaign finance reform laws, a complete pullout from the war in Iraq, a crackdown on corporate welfare and influence, an increase in income tax rates on upper-middle and upper class households, tax cuts for the poor, and an increase in welfare spending by the federal government.
The non-profit organization most closely associated with the Congressional Progressive Caucus is ProgressiveCongress.org which works to connect the caucus to progressives outside the Congress.
An array of national liberal organizations work to support the efforts of the progressive caucus, including the Institute for Policy Studies, The Nation magazine, MoveOn.org, National Priorities Project, Jobs with Justice, Peace Action, Americans for Democratic Action, and Progressive Democrats of America.
The NAACP, ACLU, Progressive Majority, League of United Latin American Citizens, Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, National Council of La Raza, Hip Hop Caucus, Human Rights Campaign, Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs, and the National Hip Hop Political Convention are also supporters.
When the Soviet Union collapsed, many of the former communists became environmentalists as a cover. They are found in the Green Movement now associated with the scam artist, Al Gore, and most recently Van Jones, Obama’s “Green Jobs” czar, who left the White House in the dark of the night after he was exposed as a communist by Glenn Beck. There are many connections between the communists and the environmental/green movement. It is my understanding that the environmental movement was initially founded by members of the United Nations. We can only ask why more of them haven’t been identified?
Who are Obama’s Communists?
A few Progressives are easily recognized such as Ed Markey (MA) and Henry Waxman (CA), who co-authored the defeated Cap and Trade bill. Yet the corrupted agency, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is issuing the regulations that could not pass Congress. They are going around Congress and implementing regulations anyway. The EPA is manned and led by zealot environmentalists and is responsible for putting a stranglehold on the US economy. Barney Frank (MA) tried to pass the universal voting bill. Barney was most responsible for allowing the meltdown of Frannie and Freddie. He will be retiring this election cycle before he is held responsible for his part in ignoring the financial catastrophe while assuring everyone there were no problems. He is also responsible for writing the Dodd-Frank bill that was passed and signed into law by Obama. This was his fix for the problems he said didn’t exist; and it will be repealed when the Republicans win the election. Luckily in 2010, voters removed the loud-mouthed former representative Alan Grayson (FL). He was the jerk who stated in front of Congress that Republicans “wanted people to die” and that is why they were not supporting the Healthcare bill. Neil Abercrombie (HI) resigned his seat in Congress to run as governor of Hawaii and help provide cover for Obama’s ineligibility issue. He was allegedly a friend of Barack Obama Sr., and has backed Barack Obama’s claims to having been born in Hawaii. Jan Schakowsky (IL) is married to felon Robert Creamer. While in prison, he penned the Healthcare bible that is the basis of Obamacare. His excuse for embezzling money? He claimed he was helping the poor! Without a doubt, if Obama placed someone in a position in any agency, organization or court, they are a progressive, and their intent is to bring their vision of change to our nation while undermining our laws and our “fatally flawed” Constitution whichever way they can.
Of the 42 Congressional Black Caucus members, 31 are members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. A few of the better known members are: Barbara Lee (CA), Maxine Waters (CA), Bobby Rush (IL), and Jesse Jackson, Jr. (IL). John Conyers (MI) made the statements that it was the “powers that be” that stopped the investigation of ACORN. Conyers’ wife was convicted of felonies. Charlie Rangle (NY-Harlem) is on the Judicial Review’s Most Corrupt Politician’s list. Donald Payne (NJ), Sheila Jackson-Lee (TX- Houston), and Eddie Bernice Johnson (TX-Dallas) are some other members. All of these progressives must be removed from Congress for holding and espousing anti-American views.
Nancy Pelosi (CA) left the Progressive Caucus when she was elected House Minority Leader, and even though she lost her gavel in 2010, her name does not appear on the list of members for 2011. Hilda Solis became the Secretary of Labor in 2009. I didn’t see a listing for Harry Reid, but his actions say he is totally in tune with the Progressives. He is most likely undeclared, but indeed sympathetic.
Obamacare, universal health care or socialized medicine, one of the prime goals of the Left is now before the US Supreme Court. A ruling on its constitutionality is expected in June. This has been one of the major goals of the Progressives, and was the pivot point of their agenda. Obamacare is what Obama spent his time railing about for a couple of years. To complete the transformation of our nation, the Progressives needed to take over health care to destroy our economy and the best healthcare system in the world.
The outrage and protesting shown against Obamacare by the Tea Parties and the voters throughout the nation meant nothing to the progressives who passed Obamacare without a single Republican vote. They didn’t care what the citizens thought, they had an agenda and still do.
It is our vigilance and close attention to these enemies that must continue. Their goal is and will remain the takeover of the USA. We will not let it happen. Please do compare the communist goals with those of the Muslim Brotherhood. The link is also below. They are working hand in hand to destroy our nation and their goals mirror the communists. That is why we heard so much about Islamaphobia in the news when less than .58 percent of our nation are Muslims. They have great PR agents in the media, the Left, and through their mouthpiece, CAIR. We are a Christian nation. Obama lies and says we aren’t a Christian nation, but I’d like him to show us where in our history the Muslims helped shape our country – the U.S.A. – as he has said. If you don’t believe they are working together, be reminded of the outcry in late 2010 and 2011 from the Left when Rep. Peter King (R – NY, House Homeland Security Committee Chairman, was investigating Muslim radicalization in the US. He was beset by protests, petitions, phone calls, and threats from the Left. His investigation has not ended in 2012.

Know that we were required to change our language from “War on Terror” to Janet Napolitano’s rebranded expression “Overseas Contingency Operations.” Heaven forbid, we insult those trying to kill us. Also recall the incident at Ft. Hood that was classified as a “Work Place Incident” when a jihadist – a Muslim terrorist – murdered 12 people in cold blood and wounded 31 others in the name of Allah. The media didn’t want to refer to him as a follower of Islam. He was a U.S. soldier who turned on those who he considered his enemy because of his ideology – Islam.
Only recently we found the field manuals for the FBI have removed all references to Muslims because they were allegedly stereotyping Muslims. Our government caved to the desires of the Muslim Brotherhood (a designated terrorist group) represented by CAIR and other Arab Groups? Has our country been attacked by any other group that you are aware of? Are they still committing atrocities around the world? What new word will they come up with to describe these MUSLIM followers who believe in jihad and want to wipe the US off the face of the earth along with Israel? Obama’s “unclenched fist” diplomacy has failed on the world stage, and he has undermined our preeminence and respect because of his failed policies.
These goals listed below are chilling if they are compared to events during the last year. There is no question as to why the public was ignored and bills and activities were handled at warp speed without regard to the public’s choices. There is no question as to why there were backroom deals and secret meetings. There is no question as to why they always dropped bomb shell news on Fridays. There is no question as to the agenda of this administration. Once you have reviewed these goals, you will understand. There will only be one question left to answer, Why? Just Why would they want to destroy our great nation?
45 Communist Goals to Take Over the USA

Mr. HERLONG: Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America. At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following “Current Communist Goals,” which she identifies as an excerpt from “The Naked Communist,” by Cleon Skousen: A list of 45 goals that found their way down the halls of our great Capitol back in 1963.
“The Naked Communist”
1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war. [Note: change atomic war to nuclear war to update it.]
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a One-World Government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities (1938–1975) .
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.
45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction [over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.
