anyone got any Dale Hollow reports. My son and my father and myself went down this morning fished until 2:00 pm started at daylight, caught only one keeper and two shorts!!!!!!!!!!!Was not expecting that but haven't been there in a few years so, cant wait until the water cools alittle. My sons first trip to DALE was not good, he cant wait to hang into a big brown!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Smallmouth population at Dale Hollow is hurting right now. I'm going down this fall and will be targeting a different species and hopefully put some dinner on the table.

I'm thinking of switching my usual December trip to Dale Hollow to either Cumberland or Laurel River Lake due to the fishing reports I've seen. Personally, I had my best trip last December when others seemed to be struggling, but I'm still thinking of going elsewhere this year.

Thanks. Like I said, I am thinking of not going to Dale this year due to the poor fishing reports. I do know that I'm likely going to take a trip somewhere that weekend of December 13-15 like we always do. If we decide to come to Dale, we'll make sure to hook up like we have in the past.
