    Cooler of crappie. Mmmmm,they tasted good!! Most of them were over 14 inches.

    Knute(The Heathen) brought along some store-bought product that the firemen up in Columbus,IN area use for their frys. Mrs.Somebody, I don't recall the name, but it's good. He's going to pick some up for me next time he travels up that way to see some mutual friends.

    The crappie are on top and catfish nuggets are on the bottom. I used "Marion Kay" fish breading.

    Sides of rice and pork 'n beans.

    The iron skillets are just to hold the fish in the oven to keep warm until all the fish frying was done.
