Affordable Care Subsidies just STRUCK DOWN

The Circuit Court in DC has just ruled that Subsidies to States, where states chose to not participate in their own exchange, have just ruled that SUBSIDIES to those states are illegal.

Yea, you know, this is the "law" that Obama chose to CHANGE because his Affordable Care ACT was a total hunk of steaming poo upon delivery.

Now regular Americans, DEPENDING on the subsidy will not get it, due to OBAMA and his illegal act. They should have never been granted the subsidy to begin with because it was ILLEGAL.

Obama, is a loser, everyone in his cabinet is a loser, and Democrats in general.......well, they are also losers.

Lets see how long it takes Obama and his minions to say this is Bush's fault.

Yep, and I spoke too soon, another case....very similar to this one was upheld by the circuit court in Virginia.

WHAT a freakin mess. The interesting thing. If this has already been heard and struck down by the appeals court in DC, doesn't that mean the precedent has been set and ALL of these will be struck down? I guess not.

Yeah, unfortunately the courts in this country have gotten so politicized as well that we will likely see different courts rule and overruling differently with this mess and it will end up in the supreme court before it will be truly settled.

I don't know what happens to the unfortunate Americans that have had their insurance canceled as a result but will possibly have trouble getting the promised rebates to better afford a new plan.

Even if the whole thing gets struck down, we still have a big mess on our hands. I don't see it as much better or worse.

We need real change to this system. The kind of change that will probably HURT.....most everyone.

I never said democrats didn't elect him. I said that all democrats aren't as sorry as you proclaimed them to be. I was talking about you claiming that all democrats are to blame for his crap. I also said I absolutley did not vote for him in either election period. I however realize that I did get carried away quite a bit in my reply & for that I apoligize. I understand where your coming from & I absolutley think he is by far the worst president our nation has had. How could anyone not feel that way about him & the status of our country.
