50f and sunny on saturday, wheres the fish

I have been out a bunch of times since late october and have been getting skunked.
    - Jacobson, nothing
    - minga, 3 tiny bluegill
    - corinth lake, nothing
    - elkhorn creek, nothing
    - hickman creek, nothing

i am willing to drive up to an hour from lexington, and i only have a kayak. i will fish for anything thats biting, trout, bluegill, crappie, makes no difference to me. i mostly have bass lures but am willing to buy something else that is more specific to whats biting.

    Any tips?

Try crawfish imitating crankbaits. Steep clay banks close to deeper water will usually hold a few fish fish on a warm and sunny winter day.
